Name Them To Tame Them!

Name Them to Tame Them – Emotional Literacy 101

Online Masterclass – 6.30 pm, Monday 19th June

This masterclass  will provide information, insights and practical strategies to improve emotional literacy for your own personal development and to support clients in theirs.

Emotions give colour to our lived experiences, they are a bridge of understanding between our inner world and the outer world.

When we lack a language to understand our own emotional landscape this can limit our ability to create healthy relationships, with ourselves and others. It hampers self-awareness, self-compassion, and personal growth.

By developing emotional literacy within ourselves and guiding others through the process, we unlock profound self-awareness, foster self-compassion, and cultivate genuine empathy.

In this masterclass you will :

  • Gain clarification of what emotional literacy is and how extending this literacy helps improve relationships, self-awareness, health and happiness
  • Understand what emotions are, where they come from and their interconnectedness to thoughts and actions
  • Discover practical strategies and techniques to reframe and reclaim emotions, empowering you to effectively manage and harness their power
