Professional Development Workshop

Professional Development Workshop

Brought to you by Christine Walter, Certified NLP and mBit Trainer

CommunicationHave you ever watched animals interact?

Every movement of the body, every twitch, every noise has a meaning and is a way of communicating to the others.

Humans are no different.

Milton Erickson learnt from a young age that there was more information in what was NOT said than the actual words being said. What has changed is that the art of noticing these subtle ways of communicating.  In general, we as humans are not picking up on this delicate messaging and our fast-changing pace of technological communication is not helping either.

As a Coach, the art of communicating is paramount.  It can be the difference that makes the difference. As a trainer I have had several requests to run a course such as this.  As a Coach I find it invaluable and my clients are often curious as to how I can pick up on things quickly.  It is all the subtlety of communication and Personal Communication the curiousness that follows.

Come and spend an enjoyable afternoon learning about how we communicate  and as coaches what to notice.

In this information packed 3.5 hours you will learn:

  • How we communicate using our senses
  • How to coach and notice the subtle changes that occur
  • The art of sensory acuity including the use of eye patterns.

And not only will it be informative, you will also participate with like minded people  in practical application to embed the knowledge even more.

BONUS

As a bonus, it includes a FREE TICKET to the ANZCAL Coaches Mix n Mingle  networking evening that follows, where you can enjoy chatting to like minded people and listen to our two key guest speakers Mike Edgar, owner of The Design Cellar and Kat Yearbury, the mastermind behind Fairy steps 4 Ella campaign.  There will also be an opportunity for questions after each speaker session.  We have no doubt that these two fabulous speakers will have lots to offer you whether you are coaching or not right now.
